REFUNDS and EXCHANGES
Please observe the following procedure for all returns to us:

If you wish to return an item please inform us by email to sales@toddle2teen.com.
For all returns, please complete the ‘Exchanges and refunds form’ that will be enclosed with your original order and send with returned item(s)

Refunds
- If you wish to return an item please inform us by email to sales@toddle2teen.com. If you would like a refund of the goods purchased, please complete the returns form and return the goods by recorded delivery to the above address. The postage and packaging will be the responsibility of the sender. We will not reimburse this cost.
Exchanges
- If you would like an exchange and you are based in the UK, please complete the returns form, indicating reason for return and return the goods by recorded delivery to the above address. The postage costs of all exchanges within the UK will be reimbursed on receipt of the goods. If you are based outside the UK, the cost of your return will be the responsibility of the sender.
- Package your item(s) (within the same bag if necessary) and send the package back to us, ensuring the returns address is clearly placed over the original address label, so the package is returned to us at the above address.
- If you have any questions, please contact us via email at Info@toddle2teen.com. We will respond within 24 hours of receipt of your email.
- We will not issue refunds for any items lost or stolen in transit to us where proof of postage cannot be provided.
- We shall refund any sum paid by the customer as soon as possible and in any case within a period not exceeding 30 days beginning on the day on which the notice of your requirement of a refund (notice of cancellation) was given.
